What is the shipping charge?

Shipping is free on all orders worldwide. 

How long does shipping take?

Most items are shipped in 2-3 business days. Depending on the item and availability some shipments may take up to 14 business days.

Why does the shipping take so long?

To keep costs to a minimum all of our products are made to order. As soon as your order has been produced we will send you a despatch email.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payments via credit card and Paypal.

Can I purchase your products elsewhere?

We don't sell through retailers or on online auction sites. This allows us to ensure our design and quality controls are met, and ensures you get the best price. Should you wish to place a bulk order please contact us at newgardart@gmail.com and we will see if we can help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order please email us at newgardart@gmail.com within 2 hours. As all of our orders are made to order we cannot guarantee that any requests made after this time will be possible.

I did not receive an order confirmation?

Please check the junk or spam folders of your email. If it’s still no where to be seen, please email us at newgardart@gmail.com

I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

We aim for perfection in everything we do and if it isn't we'll do what we can to fix it. Please email us at newgardart@gmail.com and we will advise on return of the faulty good and arrange a replacement.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit? 

All of our products are checked before being despatched. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the carriers used to transport the goods. Where applicable we will include a tracking number to allow you to check with the courier on delivery.Please contact the shipping carrier for further information on your order. I'm still not happy with my purchase, what can I do?

Our aim is for perfect products and happy customers. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us on newgardart@gmail.com and we will advise on return and replacement or refund.
